LEK-100 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (Standard) is a new type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer composed of the new polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor developed by Luckerkong Biotech Co., LTD. and imported related additives. The synthesis process of the mother liquor has technical cooperation with the upstream polyether manufacturers, developed a new catalyst and control system with scientifically designed molecular structure.
The product possesses outstanding water-reducing properties and minimal slump loss, ensuring high-quality workability, high strength, and excellent durability of concrete, making it suitable to be widely used in pumping concrete. Additionally, it exhibits a micro-air-entraining effect, enhancing the appearance quality of concrete.
Water Reducing Mechanism:
(1)Dispersion Effect: The addition of the superplasticizer provides electrostatic repulsion to disperse cement particles, releasing encapsulated water.
(2)Lubrication Effect: The strong hydrophilic groups in the superplasticizer form a water film, creating a lubrication effect and enhancing flowability.
(3)Steric Hindrance Effect: When the long-chain superplasticizer is dissolved in water, it forms a thick adsorption layer, creating steric hindrance on cement particles to maintain good slump retention.
(4)Grafted Copolymer Branching Slow Release Effect: In the environment of cement hydration, the grafted copolymer branches can gradually be cleaved, releasing dispersing polycarboxylate, allowing controlled slump loss.
Performance Characteristics:
(1)Early strength improvement of over 70%, and over 40% increase in strength at 28 days.
(2)Excellent working performance of concrete with good cohesion and compatibility, no segregation, no bleeding, suitable air content, and pumpability.
(3)Environmentally friendly, no waste water, waste gas, waste residue generated during the production process.
(4)Wide adaptability to Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fly ash cement, volcanic ash cement, and various types of admixtures.
Usage Guidelines:
(1) Recommended dosage for experimentation is 0.5% - 1.0% (by weight of cementitious material), the optimal dosage should be determined through testing based on the characteristics of cement, aggregates, etc.
(2) The superplasticizer can be dissolved in water and compounded with other additives, or directly added to concrete for mixing. Recommended to add it after compounding.
(3) Can be used in combination with various retarders and slump retention agents, not recommended to be mixed with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to avoid affecting performance.
(4) Our technical team provides on-site guidance for proper usage and compounding.
